Advertising terms

These terms apply to advertising and sponsorship placements purchased on Great Lengths of New York (https://greatlengthsofnewyork.com). Payments are processed by Peter Louis Inc, the publisher's company, and the charge appears on your card statement as PETERLOUIS INC ADS.

Placements and billing

Placements are billed monthly in advance by subscription through Stripe, starting on the day of purchase, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing peteragro@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

Refunds

Because placements are reserved and published for the full period, payments for the current period are non-refundable once the placement has gone live. If we cannot publish your placement within five business days of receiving acceptable creative, we will refund that period in full.

Creative and go-live

After checkout, email your creative (an image or short text, plus a link) to peteragro@gmail.com. The placement goes live within two business days of receiving acceptable creative. We may decline or request changes to any ad that is misleading, unlawful, or implies affiliation with or endorsement by Great Lengths or any other brand. All placements are labelled as advertisements or sponsorships.

Questions about a charge

If you have any question about a charge, please email peteragro@gmail.com before contacting your card issuer; we will resolve it promptly.
